How do you show GTM work when GTM work doesn’t look like a polished “after” photo?
Most of it lives in:
- tables - scoring rubrics - enrichment logic - messy iterations - screenshots and Loom's I can’t post - docs I shouldn’t post (because… confidentiality)
So when I finally share something like my De-Classified Clayback, it’s not me trying to be mysterious.
It’s me trying to translate what I actually do into something you can see.
And if you’re a strategist / operator / marketer who’s also been hiding behind “I can’t share this”… I get it.
This post is my reminder (and maybe yours too): I’m allowed to show the craft, even without a polished picture or a perfect slide deck. Sometimes the most honest GTM work looks like THIS.
