Developed the Invariant-Shift Speaking Method (ISSM), a published conceptual framework for helping L2 learners reconfigure speech across audience, purpose, register and task conditions while preserving core meaning. Framework v1.2 is archived on Zenodo under CC BY 4.0; empirical validation is planned.
I created a lettering system where every letterform represents one of the things designers routinely hear from clients.
The typeface becomes a visual dictionary of bad creative feedback, that proves the statement wrong.
A self-initiated brand storytelling project. I wanted to show how a founder story can make an abstract branding lesson feel real, so I wrote a narrative-led business article following "Andrew," a fictional real-estate owner whose marketing spend isn't converting.
The piece moves from the business problem to the underlying communication gap, includes a before/after messaging example, and closes with a broader lesson on positioning, trust, and customer perception.
