Exploring how AI image generation performs for pet brand visuals: bold composition, warm color palette, and that instant emotional connection you need in pet marketing.

For this piece, I used Ideogram's boxed region feature to control the layout. Instead of relying on a single prompt and hoping for the best, I mapped out specific regions within the canvas and described each element individually: where the dog sits in the frame, how the typography anchors the composition, background treatment, and supporting graphic elements. Each box got its own description, so the AI wasn't guessing at placement. I was dictating it.

That level of spatial control is what makes this feel closer to an intentional design than a random generation. You're directing the composition the way you would in a layout tool, just with a different input method.
