Efficient Agro — Premium B2B SaaS Ecosystem for Poultry Management 🌾 From Spreadsheet Chaos to Proactive Poultry Management
For years, poultry consultants have relied on complex spreadsheets to monitor production.
The problem?
One incorrect value could break critical formulas, reports became unreliable, and consultants often discovered productivity issues only weeks later—after the financial damage was already done.
I wanted to completely rethink that experience.
So, for the #Base44GiveItAGlowChallenge, I built Efficient Agro: a premium B2B SaaS platform that transforms poultry management from reactive spreadsheets into an intelligent, automated ecosystem.

Rather than simply digitizing spreadsheets, I redesigned the entire workflow.

Complete redesign with a modern Midnight Emerald visual identity
Apple-inspired clean interface with Bento Grid layouts
Glassmorphism, subtle animations, and responsive design
Optimized UX focused on clarity and ease of use
🚀 Product-Led Growth
The platform is ready to scale as a real SaaS product.
Users can:
Create their own account
Verify their email with OTP authentication
Start a 7-day free trial automatically
Access the platform without manual intervention
👥 Built for Consulting Teams
Efficient Agro was designed around real consulting operations.
Consultant Owners can:
Manage field technicians
Control team access
Work with configurable user quotas
Meanwhile, the Super Admin panel allows subscription management, billing control, user activation, and access permissions from a single dashboard.
🤖 Intelligent Automation
The platform doesn't just store data—it reacts.
Whenever a technician records a Laying Rate below 75%, an asynchronous webhook instantly triggers an automation through Make.
Within seconds, the consultant receives a professionally formatted HTML diagnostic email, allowing immediate action before productivity losses escalate.
💡 Why this project matters
This challenge wasn't just about creating a beautiful interface.
It was about transforming a manual, error-prone workflow into a scalable software business capable of helping consultants make faster decisions and prevent financial losses.
Building the entire solution with Base44 showed how quickly complex SaaS products can be developed without sacrificing architecture, user experience, or scalability.
