Her patients were ready to book. Her phone just couldn't keep up.
Meet Dietitian Pradeepa. She runs her own clinic in Coimbatore, South India, with 19+ years in practice. She is a real client, and she is my own dietitian.
The problem in one line: every booking took a chain of WhatsApp messages, Instagram DMs and missed calls, so enquiries went cold, patients forgot to come, and one day off meant calling everyone herself.
So I built Milo in @Lovable . He is her AI clinic assistant, named after her dog 🐾
For patients (the front door)
→ One booking link. Pick a consultation, pick a slot, confirmed in under a minute.
→ WhatsApp confirmation straight away, a reminder the day before, and a follow-up after the visit.
For Pradeepa (the follow-through)
→ She asks Milo, in the app or on WhatsApp: "What are my appointments tomorrow?"
→ She says "I'm not available tomorrow" and Milo moves all five patients and tells each one.
→ Bookings, earnings and no-shows in one place.
I built it for a contest. Now it runs her clinic: it is live on her own domain and real patients book through it ❤️

She types "I'm not available tomorrow" on WhatsApp and AI assitant moves every patient booked that day to a new slot and messages each of them. Before this she'd have been calling people one by one. Super practical. I've seen small clinics lose a whole morning to that.
The reminder the day before is such a small feature, but no-shows eat a solo practice alive.nice that it's built in from the start

The WA part is what I liked the most. Makes everything so much easier
The product is cool but naming the assistant after your dog is my favourite part 😂🐾

A little bit backstory
I don't normally do this and if this challenge I hadn't seen yesterday, I don't think I would never have tried the new #Lovable to be honest. I normally use other cli tools in my day to day work, but this is the first time I was having this much fun while building a project.
What you're looking at is everything I managed to do in one night before the tokens ran out ( got down to ~5 credits from 200 something).
Let's come down to point. The submission is based on an actual client .(The name and location etc is fictional , but her problems are not )
So Juliette runs EVERMORE, with Tess styling on weekends only.
Two fitting rooms: the Grand Salon (bride + 5) and the Boudoir (bride + 2). Visits are 45, 60 or 90 minutes, and every room needs a 15-minute reset.
Saturdays fill first. She's with a bride all day, so every "Can I book?" DM waited until 11pm.
With our help , what is happening now is
- Brides are booking based on the availability themselves , without waiting for reply in dm.
- Getting Instant confirmation with a private link to confirm. They have the options for later cancel their appointment as well if they change their mind or due to any emergency. No questions asked and without disturbing any one else as well.
- To remember they can put it in calendar as well
- While booking their preference like how they want to look, styles, budget, comfort notes etc, also can be added directly so that boutique owner can prepare for her visit and make everything in her capacity to make the bride to be comfortable
- Based on the preferences of bride , A Salon Screen was ready for her and her only to showcase the type of dress she want in detail and talk about it in person while trying them out, the screen can be managed by the studio owner and could be put on any display like tv or laptop or monitor .
- It first greets the bride with personal message and also let her capture the screen and share it in here social, giving a viral factor in social media with tags
- The same screen also lets studio owner to note down the preference of the bride more clearly after having met in person
→ Once the meeting is done, both the client and studio owner will have different place to go back and do things like note down the next steps, result of the meeting , the feedback from the client , basically the whole formality whatever happens

I built MobiFix Nairobi : A Mobile auto care company.
I rebuilt the moment an inbound “Can I book with you?” becomes “You’re booked.”
MobiFix Nairobi is a fictional mobile automotive service business built around one simple problem: booking vehicle services often means back-and-forth messages, checking availability, coordinating technicians, confirming locations, and handling payments manually.
I designed the experience so the customer can:
→ Choose a service
→ Select their vehicle
→ Enter their location
→ Pick an available date and time
→ Add their details
→ Review the booking
→ Complete payment
→ Receive a booking confirmation and code
Behind the scenes, the business gets a real dashboard with bookings, calendar, customers, services, technicians, availability, analytics, and website management — all backed by real data.
The goal was to make the entire journey feel less like “requesting an appointment” and more like simply getting booked.

What I Built
I built Glow & Grace, a self-service booking website for a solo, home-based nail studio in DHA Phase 5, Karachi. Clients can view services and prices, pick an open time slot, and get instantly confirmed — no messages exchanged with the owner. The owner has a simple dashboard where every booking appears automatically, along with deposit status, so there's no manual confirming or texting required.
Why I Built It
Solo, appointment-based businesses like small nail studios, salons, and home-based service providers often run entirely on WhatsApp. The owner is doing the client's nails with one hand and replying to booking messages with the other — checking availability, confirming times, and texting reminders, all manually. This doesn't scale, wastes hours every week, and leads to double-bookings or missed messages. I wanted to solve the actual bottleneck: turning "can I book with you?" into "you're booked" without the owner lifting a finger, while also addressing the no-show problem with a small deposit built into the booking flow.
