TerraGrow AgriTech, an early-stage agricultural technology company, engaged an external strategic advisor to provide structured oversight as the business moved beyond its founder-led startup phase. The engagement centered on three priorities: establishing formal corporate governance, preparing the company's capital structure and investor communications for upcoming fundraising, and building a roadmap for cross-border market expansion.

You launch high-quality Meta Ads.
A good creative. The right audience. A strong offer. A CTA leading directly to your website.
