One app, three roles - coaches, players, and officials, each needing something different from the same product. The UX challenge was giving every role a flow that feels built for them while keeping one connected experience underneath. The interface adapts to who's signed in, but matchmaking and scheduling stay just a few taps away for everyone.

Multi-role UX in a single app is genuinely tricky to get right. The challenge is always making each persona feel like the app was built just for them, not like they're sharing a product with two other user types. How did you handle the navigation structure to keep things from getting cluttered?
