I led the end-to-end redesign and technical refactoring of PlatinumLED's Shopify ecommerce platform, serving as Lead Product Owner and driving the project throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
I led the Discovery phase, defined the product roadmap, delivery timeline, and business priorities, managed the product backlog, and translated stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for the development team.
I established the team's delivery framework by implementing Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, functional documentation, and continuous delivery tracking, ensuring predictability, quality, and strong alignment across business, design, and engineering.
Additionally, I established the project's governance framework by developing executive dashboards, project timelines, performance metrics, and strategic documentation, improving transparency, delivery predictability, and cross-functional collaboration throughout the project.
