Depending on the lead type, it either books a Calendly meeting and fires a confirmation via Outlook, notifies the right team channel on Slack, or logs the entry straight into Google Sheets for tracking.

An ecommerce business that wanted to stop losing time on repetitive Shopify operations and create a more connected, scalable workflow across its tools.

The goal was to automate customer communication, synchronize data between platforms, and reduce manual coordination across marketing and operational processes.

We built a custom Shopify automation ecosystem in Make, connecting Shopify with Virtuagym, Mailchimp, Claude, GPT, and MemberSpot. The system automated cross-platform data exchange, notifications, customer-related workflows, and operational logic - turning disconnected tools into one streamlined environment.

I built Unscatter for the @Bubble Prompt and Circumstance Challenge.
It is an ADHD-friendly focus dashboard that turns messy voice or text brain dumps into a prioritized task queue, then protects you from the noise by showing only one task at a time.
The flow is simple:
You dump everything on your mind.
AI turns it into clear tasks with tiny first steps.
You review and reorder the queue.
