The first version re-booked into an already-full slot.
The recovery text offered times without checking live availability first awkward, and it happened more than once. Now every offered slot is checked against the calendar in real time before it's ever texted.
→ Speed only helps if what you're offering is actually still open.

A strong candidate got a reply the same afternoon they applied.
Usually a week of silence before a first response. This time, the screening ran the moment the application came in, and a real reply went out hours later while the candidate was still excited.

Instant screening that turns silence into a reply within hours keeps the best talent engaged and moving forward.
Booking Calendar: Compact or Expanded?
I’m testing two calendar layouts for booking a spa hotel stay.
Version A - Compact. The calendar, selected dates, number of nights, and button remain inside one card.
Version B - Expanded. After the check-in date is selected, a separate booking summary card appears below the calendar.
The functionality is the same - only the presentation and visual hierarchy are different.
Which version feels clearer and easier to use?

How do you create videos like these?
A receipt got logged and categorized before it left my pocket.
A quick photo, and it was already filed under the right client and category no spreadsheet open, no end-of-month pile to sort through.
→ Expense tracking shouldn't wait for a rainy afternoon and a shoebox of receipts.
