"Every mechanical watch has thousands of micro-components—and usually, a customer experience stuck in 2004. We rebuilt the horological conservation pipeline from scratch."
Overview & Story:
Most watch restoration platforms alienate customers with esoteric technical jargon and static forms. AÉVRA was created to preserve timepieces for what they mean, not just what they cost—combining editorial Swiss atelier aesthetics, real-time 3D motion, and AI-driven intake.
The Problem:
Customers with heirlooms or vintage pieces don't know reference numbers or movement calibres.
Atelier watchmakers spend hours manually triaging vague emails before diagnosing a single watch.
The Solution & Key Features:
Natural Language Horological Intake: Clients describe their watch issue in plain English (e.g., "losing time and scratched crystal"). The system automatically maps symptoms to mechanical calibres, delivering immediate clarity on services, timeline, and preliminary cost estimates.
Cinematic 3D Photographic Scroller: A high-fidelity scroll journey that physically disassembles and reassembles the movement's case, bezel, balance wheel, and gear train at 60fps.
The Conservator’s Owner Cockpit: A private, real-time management dashboard allowing atelier owners to view incoming requests, evaluate AI diagnostic breakdowns, and accept or decline repair commissions with instant, seamless switching between client and owner views.
Built a plumber website allowing incoming users to request an emergency fix or schedule a plumber's visit in a few clicks.
Everything is connected to a back-office for the Plumber, who can see and update the schedule.

Overview:
For Ironwood Design & Build, I automated appointment text reminders and quote follow-ups to reduce sales-process stress, saving a busy solo contractor hours of manual admin work each week.
Business and Build Details:
Ironwood Design & Build
Marcus Vance is a solo deck and hardscape contractor who runs his entire business from his phone in his truck. He has no office and no assistant.
The quirks:
- He drives 45 minutes across Austin for afternoon estimates, only to find the homeowner forgot.
- He writes $15,000 quotes, then gets back on a job site and never follows up.
- New inquiries wait a day or more for a reply, and some book a faster competitor.
The problem solved: The mobile app took the stress out of the sales process by automating appointment text reminders and quote follow-ups, saving a busy solo contractor 14+ hours a week of manual admin work.
What Ironwood Command does:
Home: A calm, mobile-first command center showing hours reclaimed, protected revenue, and a live log of what the app handled automatically.
Day: Every booked visit gets a reminder with one tap to confirm or reschedule. Silent clients get escalated before Marcus leaves, so he never drives to an empty house.
Quotes: Each sent quote runs on an autopilot follow-up sequence of check-ins and nearby project photos, and Marcus can override any step.
Before: About 14.5 hours a week spent replying to inquiries, texting confirmations, driving to no-shows, and chasing quotes.
After: New inquiries become confirmed visits, quotes get followed up automatically, and Marcus only steps in for exceptions.
