A PDF catalogue is easier to use when every spreadsheet row stays traceable.
I built this five-row Excel + CSV preview from a public nursery availability PDF. The workbook has filters and frozen headers, and every row retains the source file, page and URL.
Two details matter: a missing size stays blank; the printed value 1755cm stays unchanged and is flagged for confirmation. I don't silently invent or correct catalogue values.
