I built FlowLancer — My End-to-End Autonomous Freelance AI Agent
As a freelancer, I was spending way too many hours on admin work — managing clients, proposals, time tracking, invoicing, and follow-ups.
So I created FlowLancer, my custom AI agent in Notion that handles almost all backend operations automatically.
Here’s what it does for me:

The problem: every time a song goes live, artists need to register it with ASCAP/BMI to collect royalties. That requires ISRC, UPC, and release metadata scattered across platforms. Some artists are overwhelmed by this tedious process.
My agent assists artists in this process:
→ Triggers when Distribution Status = "Live"
→ Searches Spotify + confirms the right track
→ Fetches ISRC, UPC, duration, release date, streaming link
→ Writes everything to the tracker
