Case Study: Symliphy Nutrition Welcome Email Series
The Challenge
Symliphy Nutrition needed a welcome email experience that did more than simply greet new subscribers. The goal was to create an automated onboarding journey that introduced the brand, educated subscribers about its nutrition services, built credibility, and encouraged users to take the next step toward improving their health.
The Solution
I developed a complete multi-email welcome series in ActiveCampaign, combining email strategy, copywriting, design, and automation into a cohesive customer journey.
The sequence was carefully mapped to guide subscribers from initial curiosity to engagement by delivering valuable nutrition-focused content, introducing Symliphy's services, addressing common pain points, and reinforcing the benefits of personalized nutrition support.
Each email was designed with a clean, mobile-friendly layout that reflected the Symliphy brand while maintaining a clear visual hierarchy and strong calls to action.
