I built Castforge Studio to solve the two biggest hurdles in AI animation: Character Consistency and Automated Scene Composition.
The Logic:
Style Reference Constraint: The system generates a visual rule-set first, which acts as a hard constraint for every character generated, locking in proportions and line weight.
Parent-Child Integration: I designed this as a dual-workflow system. The "Studio" (Parent) passes character Asset IDs internally to the "Scene Builder" (Child).
Dynamic Storyboarding: Users can place characters by name into new environments to create consistent storyboards that are instantly ready for video conversion in Morphic.
