Homepage loaded with oversized, unoptimized images (kills load speed)
No sticky Add-to-Cart on mobile, where most traffic actually is
Too many apps running in the background, slowing everything down
Product pages with no urgency, no trust badges, no social proof
Checkout flow with unnecessary steps that make people drop off
None of these are hard to fix. Most take a few hours, not a full rebuild but the impact on conversions is real.
