I helped a client build a WhatsApp Booking Conversational AI Chatbot that automated appointment scheduling and customer support. I designed conversational flows that allowed customers to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments directly through WhatsApp. The chatbot also answered frequently asked questions, sent automated booking confirmations and reminders, qualified leads, and integrated with the client's CRM and calendar system. This solution reduced manual workload, improved response times, and increased booking efficiency while providing customers with a seamless 24/7 experience.
