What happens when the same musical attitude travels through time?
I reimagined Manet’s The Spanish Singer through the visual language of rock, translating its key elements rather than replacing its identity. The acoustic guitar becomes electric, the red strap becomes a coiled guitar cable, and the wooden bench becomes a road case, while the pose, hat, scarf and distinctive expression remain connected to the original.
The era changes. The performer remains.

A bold and dynamic identity inspired by the energy behind every recording.
The orange element crosses the JC initials like a cable, connecting the studio and bringing everything to life. The blue circle works as a start, play or record button — the exact moment when an idea becomes sound. Abstract, urban and versatile, the identity was designed to build recognition across clothing, stickers, signage and digital platforms.

The play/record button hidden in the blue circle is such a nice touch, easy to miss at first glance but it clicks once you notice it. Was that idea in the first round of concepts, or did it show up later after some other directions didn't quite land?

As branding moves increasingly toward dynamic and responsive systems, motion has become a crucial layer of how people experience a studio's identity.
