Akademin AI needed a platform that could carry an entire learning journey, not just a marketing page, a full education system: 40 modules across six tracks, an AI teacher named Aida answering questions around the clock in Swedish, five different exercise types, gamification with XP and streaks, and a verifiable certification system with a public verification page.
We built the full product from the ground up: course structure, exercise engine, AI-teacher integration, a 100-question final exam with a 90% pass threshold for certification, and a certificate system with unique IDs that can be publicly verified and shared on LinkedIn.
The platform now has 5,000+ students, a 92% pass rate on the final exam, and is used by Swedish companies to speed up AI onboarding — including Nordica AI, which cut team ramp-up time from months to weeks.
