Built an end-to-end CRM system that manages the complete customer and supplier journey, from inquiry through order fulfillment and delivery. The platform was designed for a large-scale organization and includes modules for inquiry tracking, opportunity management, logistics, and a container visualization tool with automated size and quantity calculations. Additionally, the CRM integrates seamlessly with Google Workspace for automated user provisioning and synchronization, and features multiple advanced workflow and operations enhancements.

My role was to design and develop a website that reflects that reliability while positioning the company as modern, capable, and ready for scale.

Really strong work. Curious — what was the biggest challenge in translating craftsmanship into the digital experience?
Traditional loan apps often overwhelm users with chaotic designs and opaque terms, leading to high drop off rates. I saw an opportunity to rebuild the relationship between borrowers and lenders.
Introducing Loaner: a solution designed around clarity, simplicity, and unwavering transparency. By prioritizing the user's need for honest information, we created an interface that builds instant trust and facilitates faster decision making.
This design restructured the entire loaning framework. By analyzing competitor friction points and deep diving into user personas, I streamlined a scalable flow that turns a stressful process into an empowering experience, converting visitors into long-term loyal users.
