What if a website felt like walking through a photo exhibition? 📸
Hero concept for Afterimage, an international biennale of photography ✨
Instead of a classic gallery grid, we built a 3D tunnel of 42 photographs. Scroll and you fly through the archive, move your mouse and the whole space tilts with you.
Hover any frame and time stops. Click it and the photo flies out of the tunnel into a full view with the story behind it 🎞️
Then hit Index and watch all 42 photos jump out of 3D space and land in one clean grid. One more click and they fly back 🌀
