At the beginning of the year I had the joy of working with @Baker Street Properties on their rebrand.
The ask? Give us a brand that shows our modern, tech-first approach to property management and the human team and care behind it.
We set to build a brand ecosystem that was modern, vibrant fresh and extremely human.
This was the result.

sponsored by the wheels in my head that stay turning a month after conversations with fellow caffeine-fiends–– to be fair, their pitch to place a location in what otherwise exists as a drive-through town on the way to the big easy WAS quite convincing! a pinch of familiarity on a road trip is comforting, no matter how long you've got left to go. plus, the vibrant color scheme of the brand would brighten up a corner of suburban drab with ease!
