Interactive Financial Dashboard for Beauty Retail Business | Looker Studio
I'm excited to share one of my completed projects — an end-to-end interactive financial and operational dashboard designed for a beauty retail business.
The main goal of this project was to answer critical business questions: Where is the cash tied up? Which products or categories are affecting liquidity, and how efficiently is working capital being managed?
The report connects financial performance with working capital, inventory management, and operational efficiency across multiple analytical views:
Financial Performance Overview: Tracks Revenue, Net Income, EBITDA, Free Cash Flow, and a multi-tier profitability funnel (Revenue → Gross Profit → EBITDA → EBIT → Net Income).
Liquidity & Working Capital Analysis: Provides a detailed view of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) aging by customer and supplier, helping identify collection and payment patterns.
Inventory Turnover & Stock Liquidity (DIO): Analyzes inventory turnover by product and category to identify slow-moving items and reveal where cash may remain tied up in stock.
Operational & Financial Efficiency: Combines the Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC), liquidity and leverage ratios, profitability metrics, expense structures, and custom traffic-light indicators for key financial benchmarks.
