This project involved the end-to-end setup and automation of a Monday.com board to serve as a centralized, efficient, and transparent work management system.
The primary goal was to address the challenges of coordinating deliverables, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability for a team of approximately 10 individuals operating across different time zones, as outlined in the client's brief.
Note: I used a dummy dataset for demonstration purposes.
