🌿 WoodCrafts — from scattered inquiries to a unified lead system
WoodCrafts is a family-owned workshop building raised garden beds, pergolas, garden sheds, and fences for homeowners.
The problem.
The business ran almost entirely on Facebook. Inquiries came through comments, Messenger, Telegram, Viber, and phone calls, with no single place to track leads. Customers had no way to browse past projects, estimate pricing, or get quick answers — every question went straight to the owner, including the same pricing question asked repeatedly.
The solution.
I designed the experience in Figma and built a fully responsive, live website with Base44, including:
✔️ A project portfolio replacing scattered Facebook posts, showing real completed work
✔️ A pricing calculator that instantly estimates cost for standard raised garden beds by dimensions and materials
✔️ An AI assistant trained on real customer questions about materials, durability, delivery, and custom orders, which hands off to direct contact when a question needs a personal consultation
✔️ A consultation request form for custom projects
The automation.
Consultation requests submitted on the site are automatically delivered to Telegram with full customer and project details — replacing manual tracking across five separate channels with one organized stream of leads.
Why it matters.
This is a real, operating business with a real bottleneck: too many channels, too much repeated manual work. The new system gives the owner a single place to receive and act on leads, and gives customers a faster way to get the information they need before reaching out.

I built a modern AI-powered growth platform to demonstrate how local businesses can streamline lead generation, content creation, appointment management, and customer communication through intelligent automation.
Rather than creating a traditional marketing website, I designed a complete SaaS experience that combines multiple AI-powered tools into one unified workspace. The platform is designed to help businesses save time, automate repetitive tasks, and manage their daily operations from a single dashboard.
The application features an AI Lead Finder powered by workflow automation, an AI SEO Writer for keyword research and article generation, an AI Booking Assistant that simplifies appointment scheduling with AI-generated preparation notes, and an Email AI Agent that creates personalized outreach and reply emails.
Every feature is connected through workflow automations and structured data, creating a seamless experience for both business owners and their teams.

Instead of using multiple disconnected tools, business owners can generate qualified leads, create SEO content, manage appointments, organize customer data, and automate email communication from one centralized platform.
The result is a faster workflow, improved productivity, and a better customer experience while reducing administrative overhead.

Outstanding work !
I decided to participate in the @GiveItAGlow challenge by @Base44 on Contra with a project focused on giving a real local business the digital presence it deserves.
For this challenge, I chose Strafrutta, a fresh fruit business that sells high-quality products directly to customers.
The before:
Their website didn’t communicate the quality, freshness, or green identity of the brand. The homepage mainly showed the location, with little storytelling or emotional connection. The shop experience felt outdated, difficult to use, and had a poor UX that created friction during the buying process.
The after:
I redesigned the entire experience into a modern, vibrant, and user-friendly platform.
The homepage combines Base44’s clean and structured design language with interactive 3D elements, bringing fruit products to life while maintaining excellent responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile. I introduced warmer colors, premium product photography, and a more welcoming visual identity to reflect the quality of Strafrutta’s products.
The shop experience was rebuilt with a focus on usability, allowing customers to easily browse products, use filters, and complete their purchase journey smoothly.
But the goal wasn’t only a better-looking website — it was creating a tool that helps the business operate better.
I added:
🍌 AI chatbot assistant “Mimmo”
A lead-generation assistant that collects customer requests, understands their needs, and sends qualified messages directly to the admin team for follow-up.
📦 Admin management system
A dedicated dashboard where Strafrutta can:
Manage orders
Track customer requests from the chatbot
Update, add, or remove products
Manage stock availability
⭐ Digital loyalty card
Customers can track their purchases, monitor their progress, and see how close they are to unlocking their next reward.
The result is a platform that connects customers directly with Strafrutta while giving the business modern tools for sales, customer support, inventory management, and retention.
