Went with calm and focused. The copy is literally asking people to focus on what matters, so a header that competes for attention with a glow works against its own message.

The two directions make the art-direction choice feel tangible—the cozy version adds story, while the navy one keeps the character and controls beautifully focused. I’d lean cozy for warmth, but both have a strong, readable hero hierarchy.
