AI Lead Generation Funnel & Chatbot Automation for Fitness Coaches

Designed and developed a high-converting AI lead capture funnel for fitness coaches focused on automating lead qualification, client onboarding, and consultation booking through conversational AI automation.

The client wanted to scale their coaching business by capturing more qualified leads while reducing the time spent manually responding to inquiries and scheduling calls. Their existing process relied heavily on manual DMs and inconsistent follow-ups, resulting in missed opportunities and lower conversion rates.

Using Lovable for rapid AI web app development, OpenAI API integration, Calendly automation, and Make.com workflow automation, I created a fully automated AI lead generation system that guided prospects through a conversational onboarding experience.
