This challenge has been a really meaningful build for me ❤️
For the #LovableChallenge, I created ChairPilot — a complete dental booking automation experience for a fictional clinic in Phnom Penh.
What started as a simple idea around “Can I book?” turned into a full workflow with real availability, dentist matching, Gmail confirmations, Google Calendar sync, self-service rescheduling, cancellation handling, and Smart Slot Rescue for recovering cancelled chair time.
I also spent a lot of time testing the real edge cases, improving accessibility, protecting the public demo, and making the whole experience feel like a real product rather than just a prototype.

Here's my submission for the Contra x Lovable challenge. It's more of a story than a design showcase.
I'd never used Lovable before this. I spent 3 days inside it, and it was an amazing first experience.
How I built it:
I planned everything with Claude, created the images with GPT, and then built and structured the whole app in Lovable.
The problem:
In Bangladesh, India, and across South Asia, brides book a mehedi artist to come home and apply henna before the wedding. I created an imaginary artist, Tisha. While she works, her hands are covered in mehedi for hours. She can't pick up a call or reply to a text, so she badly needs a booking system that works without her.

What it does:
Customers pick their service, number of guests, and design style from multiple options, then choose an open time.
Customers get a booking confirmation by email, and Tisha gets an email for every new booking.
A backend keeps every customer and every booking in one place.
Tisha sets her schedule once, and customers can book her any time based on it.

🎮 Retro Repair Café — bringing old consoles back to life, without the admin chaos.
For the Lovable × Contra challenge, I built a concept website and working booking system for an independent retro console repair café.
Customers can book a console assessment, describe the fault, arrange collection and delivery, and track their repair. If they’re staying, they can reserve a seat and pre-order food or a milkshake. Community gaming nights and a retro marketplace give people a reason to return after the repair.
Behind the counter, a database-backed workshop dashboard brings together repair jobs, quotes, appointments, collections and food orders. I populated it with eight fictional repair jobs so you can explore how it works.
Why I built it
When you run a small repair business, you’re the technician, receptionist and organiser. Every phone call asking for an update interrupts a repair. Paper notes and scattered bookings make it harder to keep customers informed.
I wanted to give that owner more time to fix consoles, while making the customer experience as enjoyable as rediscovering a favourite childhood game.
The café adds something personal: a broken console becomes a reason to meet people, play games and support a local business.
Built with Lovable, with custom visuals and an AI-assisted promo video showing the idea in action.
