roject Overview: This project focuses on analyzing and optimizing the layout and copy for a medical clinic. Instead of using sterile, technical language, the strategy is built around deep psychographic pain points.
The Strategy & "4 Wounds" Framework: I structured the landing page around the "4 Core Patient Wounds" (their unspoken fears about losing money, time, or trust). I translated standard objections into raw, authentic patient testimonials displayed directly above the fold:
Wound 1 (Financial Trust): Fear of hidden costs and past bad investments.
Wound 2 (Logistics/Time): The frustration of strict clinic hours for busy professionals.
Wound 3 (Transparency): Skepticism about whether a treatment is necessary.
The Lifetime Value (LTV) Strategy: Beyond the text, I designed a front-end offer workflow. By structuring a transparent, zero-pressure "Treatment Plan Blueprint" during the first visit, the copy guides the patient to choose long-term continuity, successfully doubling the patient's Lifetime Value naturally.
