Letโs explore a typical day for a sales team that lacks lead automation.

9:17 AM โ The email arrives, but no one sees it yet as everyone is in standup.
10:40 AM โ Standup ends. Someone checks their inbox and finds 47 unread emails. The lead email is buried under a newsletter, two invoices, and a Slack notification.
11:15 AM โ They finally notice the lead but are about to jump on a client call. They mentally note to reply after the call.
