Niching a template down to video production studios specifically, instead of a generic portfolio template, is a smart bet since that audience will actually recognize the camera-HUD thumbnail as speaking their language. Was that niche the plan from day one, or did the concept start broader and narrow as you built it out?

"All wrong for someone" should be printed on every discovery call script honestly. I'd guess a lot of the mismatch comes from clients picking the platform before they've even nailed down their content plan. Do you push back on platform preference upfront, or let them pick and steer the build around it?
