Before I opened After Effects on the Raycast motion piece, this is what the plan looked like.
Every kinetic motion project I do starts with 3 questions: - What should the viewer feel in the first 2 seconds? - What's the single most important element — and when does it land? - What does the audio need to do to make the visual hit harder?
A storyboard answered all three before a single keyframe was set.
