Just finished an audit for a client whose launch was underperforming. They had great traffic, but almost zero sales.
The problem wasn't the product; it was the page structure.
I spent the afternoon in the Kajabi editor making three critical tweaks:
Mobile Optimization: 70% of their traffic was on phone, but the checkout form was broken on mobile. I simplified it to a single step.
Above-the-Fold CTA: Moved the primary "Buy Now" button up so it's the first thing visitors see.
Added an Order Bump: A simple $37 add-on at checkout that is already increasing average order value by 20%.
