Well, pretty simple: LinkedIn is full of generic AI posts and people get bored of them, so when you come up with something different, more authentic, more entertaining, people will like it!

And that's why I'd recommend posting some memes on your LinkedIn profile here and there. They will definitely help increase your engagement!

The quality of the interactions you get is usually higher too. Instead of getting "Great insight" which is fine but generic, you actually get a good take around the situation, meaning the person seeing the post actually took some time writing it.
