STM Field Capture: field operations and finance platform. STM commissioned me to replace spreadsheets and WhatsApp chains with one system its field team and finance office could trust. What we created: a mobile-first field capture app with receipts, payment requisitions and approvals, plus a private finance dashboard with a read-only Xero overview. What we did: built the capture and approval flow for field staff; added audited payment allocations with split-payment and retry protection; built a tool that turns bank statements into clean spreadsheets and checks every running balance; managed the backend database; set up managed authentication layers so each person only sees what they should; hosted in South Africa.
