Creating a clean 3D product animation usually takes time. You need solid skills in 3D tools or very precise prompting—and even then, it often means jumping between multiple apps before you get a polished result. That’s exactly why I built this workflow for people who aren’t deep into 3D software and don’t want to tweak prompts endlessly.
It takes 1–5 images of your product (more angles = better output) and turns them into a ready 3D animation. You can choose between two main animation styles depending on the look you want.

Okay so I built something that genuinely surprised me.
You upload one photo. Pick a season, a weather condition, and a time of day. That's it.
The workflow takes that single image and turns it into a 45-second cinematic reel 9 different shots, each with its own camera angle, atmosphere, and motion. Pull-back, push-in, aerial drift, low-angle upward tilt, a macro shot of a raindrop hitting a neon puddle... all from the same photo.
And then it generates a film score to match. Not a random track — one tuned to the exact mood you chose. Winter night gets sparse piano and cold pads. Rainy summer night in Times Square gets ambient electronic with rain texture woven in.
I tested it on Big Ben in a snowstorm at night. Then Times Square in summer rain. The results look like something a film crew would spend two days shooting.
The wildest part is the Mixed mode set all three inputs to Mixed and it distributes every season, every weather condition, and the full day-to-night arc across the 9 shots automatically. One image, one run, a complete cinematic world.
I didn't edit a single frame. The whole thing stills, animation, music, final reel runs in one workflow.

Dropped in one shoe image… and it turned into a full launch film.
It explores multiple ad styles, builds a storyboard, animates each scene, and adds music + SFX — all automatically.
Made entirely on Morphic.
Still kind of wild to see it go from one photo to a finished campaign this fast.

Brand campaign studio, a complete brand launch workflow built on Morphic
Every brand launch has the same problem: too many moving parts, no unified system, content that looks like it came from five different people.
I built a workflow that solves that.
Brand campaign studio takes a logo, three photos, and a product description and produces a complete, multi-platform brand campaign. Brand identity locked from the logo first. Then a LinkedIn carousel, a two-person podcast video with lip sync and branded overlays, and a viral clip engineered around proven scroll-stopping mechanics all consistent, all on-brand.
Every step has an approval gate. Nothing moves forward without sign-off, which makes it work as a client-facing production process, not just a personal tool.
The model stack is deliberate. Seedance 2.0 for native 9:16 video with strong face consistency. Gemini Image Pro for all image work. Sync V3 for lip sync. Text overlays added in post via video-operations — no AI-generated text inside video prompts, which eliminates the most common quality failure in AI video production.
On the first run it builds a brand kit that uploads on future runs to skip all setup and maintain consistency across campaigns.
This is the process I'd use for a real client. Now it's a system anyone can run.
