My workflow for most client videos is roughly:
Understand the objective of the video.
Organize footage, script and references.
Build the rough narrative.
Remove anything that slows the story.
Add B-roll and visual reinforcement.
Add motion graphics where they actually help comprehension.
Sound design.
Captions and text hierarchy.
Full quality-control pass.
Client review.
The biggest mistake I made early on was trying to polish scenes before the structure was right.
Now I care about the story first.
You can make a bad sequence look beautiful.

Passwords Don't Know Who's Typing Them is a genuinely great hook for an identity product, that is copywriting doing real work. One-shots for the hero then editing shot by shot is a smart split, generate fast, refine slow. My workflow is basically the same, rough pass in AI then hand-tune the timing.
The job was to create a product launch ad of a watermelon flavored electrolyte lollipop and I immediately thought of watermelon exploding in slow motion. This was the story behind the creative idea of this video. Did I bring it to life perfectly? What do you think?
