ClubPilot: run your student club on autopilot 🚀 I help run a student tech club, and every event used to cost hours of busywork: writing announcements, confirming RSVPs, sending reminders, chasing feedback. So I built ClubPilot on Base44 to do it for us. What it automates: • Join → welcome email, sent automatically • RSVP → confirmation email, live seat counter, auto-waitlist when an event is full • 24h before → reminders to every attendee; after → thank-you + feedback email • One click → AI writes the announcement email, Instagram/WhatsApp caption and LinkedIn post • "Ask the club" AI assistant answers members using real event data Every action lands in an automation log with the time it saved, and the admin dashboard covers members, RSVPs, check-ins and CSV export. Fully mobile-responsive, built end to end with Base44.

Same support inbox, one difference. Left keeps a human on every send. Right lets the AI send on its own once the draft confidence passes 90, refunds and cancellations excluded.

I built both in Relay this week and I still cannot decide.

Would you flip that switch for your own customers, and at what number?

I'd flip it per topic, not per score. A 90 on a question the AI has answered hundreds of times is safe. A 90 on a question it has never seen is still a guess. Can Relay set a different threshold per topic?
