Should big companies nowadays be using postman for API test automation?
Not just simple postman requests and assertions on the response, but heavy duty test data creation and preparation in pre-request scripts.
I for one felt mind blown seeing this and this might make me unpopular but I just had to speak up: stop doing that folks!
How easy are these to debug, update, maintain? Let me tell you: not easy at all and definitely not fast.
Just because something started in a certain way it doesn’t mean it has to stay like that forever and ever. Let’s evolve, let’s bring into play the most up to date tools available, let’s build reliable, scalable and maintainable automation!

We were losing time, and probably attendees, because our event registration process was held together with manual effort and good intentions.
Someone registers. Someone else checks for duplicates. Someone sends a welcome email. Someone reminds the team on Slack. And VIPs? Half the time they got the same message as everyone else.
I mapped out every pain point and built this Zapier automation to solve them one by one.
Now when a form comes in, the system automatically scrubs for duplicates, checks CRM status, logs the record, alerts the team on Slack, sends a tailored welcome email, and then routes VIP registrants into separate paths based on whether they have a plus one, all without a single person lifting a finger.

Excited to share one of my recent automation achievements delivered for an enterprise client and deployed in a production environment.
This project involved building a webinar engagement tracking workflow using Crowdcast, Zapier, and HubSpot to ensure webinar activity is captured and
synced efficiently for the business team.
As part of the implementation, I configured and tested workflows for:
✅ Event Registration
✅ Live Attendance
✅ Missed Attendance
✅ Replay Watched
✅ CTA Button Click
In addition, I designed and validated a workflow that automatically:
🔹 Checks whether a contact already exists in HubSpot
🔹 Updates the existing contact or creates a new one when needed
🔹 Logs webinar activity directly to the contact timeline as notes for complete engagement visibility
The solution is now running in production and helping the team streamline webinar tracking, reduce manual effort, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Projects like these are a great reminder of how powerful automation can be when integrated across marketing, webinar, and CRM platforms.
