Why I Became a Professional Thought Partner
I’ve always been fascinated by questions.
Not because I enjoy arguing or having the right answer, but because I genuinely enjoy understanding how people think.
Over the years I’ve noticed something surprising: when people face an important decision, what they usually need isn’t another opinion.
Most of us already have plenty of opinions available—from friends, family, books, podcasts, and the internet.
What we often don’t have is someone who will slow down with us, listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help us think without trying to steer us toward a particular conclusion.
I’ve experienced how valuable those conversations can be in my own life.
Some of my biggest decisions became clearer not because someone gave me the answer, but because someone helped me ask better questions.
That’s the kind of conversation I want to offer.
I don’t see myself as someone who tells people what to do.
I see myself as someone who helps people think more clearly—whether they’re evaluating a business idea, considering a career change, exploring questions of faith, working through a relationship challenge, or simply trying to untangle a complicated problem.
I believe thoughtful questions often lead to better decisions than quick answers.
Sometimes the best decisions begin with the right conversation.

My honest review of Contra’s Co-Agent so far:
It’s genuinely helpful at navigating the site and using tools throughout the platform. The biggest benefit for me is how it handles the first conversation when someone messages me.
It can ask for the initial project brief and organize the details before I step in. By the time I get to the prospective client, I have a much clearer picture of what they need, what they’re looking for, and how I can help. That lets me jump into the conversation with context instead of starting from zero.
Where I struggle with the Co-Agent is when it starts making decisions on my behalf.
For example, if there’s a job I know I can perform, but the Co-Agent decides I’m not a good fit, it may prevent me from applying—or even dismiss the opportunity without my consent. That’s a serious problem. It should be able to recommend, explain, and ask for confirmation. It shouldn’t remove opportunities from my decision-making process.
So, for messaging and gathering project details, I love it. For job applications and other tools, I’m going to rely on outside sources for now. I don’t want to risk the Co-Agent dismissing jobs I know I can do simply because it interpreted my capabilities differently.
It should be a tool that I use—not a tool that uses me.

A great reminder that good design is about more than just delivering what’s asked. It’s about listening closely, challenging thoughtfully, exploring possibilities, and turning feedback into better outcomes.

Yeah, the part about challenging thoughtfully really hits. Good design usually gets better when there’s that back and forth with the client.
Project: E-book Creation
Book Title: The Analyst's Golden Test
About the Book: People do not like the one who asks many questions. This isn’t a myth. It’s real. No one likes to be questioned by the police, no one likes Auditors, Analysts are seen as nosy, and people walk on eggshells when a Compliance officer is around. It’s the same phenomenon anywhere. I created this book to capture the Analyst's story, and to sell an important solution. The book introduces a useful tool- The Golden Test- which is useful for Data Analysts, Auditors, and indeed anyone working a job where asking many questions are a critical part of getting things done.
