Wang Lin vs Long Daozi’s Celestial Clone — Renegade Immortal Ep 161 Edit
Preview
Fan edit of Wang Lin’s fight against Long Daozi’s peak Yang Real Celestial Clone in Renegade Immortal Episode 161. Cut around the third God-Shooting Chariot’s transformation into the five-colored butterfly and the single strike that ends the clone.
Description
Fan edit of the Celestial Clone fight from Renegade Immortal (仙逆) Episode 161.
Long Daozi sends only one clone — a peak Yang Real celestial projection — into the sealed realm of the Xianxuan Clan. Wang Lin answers with the third God-Shooting Chariot. The chariot transforms into a five-colored butterfly. One flap of its wings erases the clone without a sound.
The edit centers on that turn: the clone’s pressure, the chariot’s transformation, and the quiet, decisive strike of the butterfly.

Gorgeous 😍
Every crayon stroke, giggle, and sparkle has a sound. 🖍️✨
The film moves through a tender, illustrated universe for Mother’s Day.
We built the #sound to bridge playful childhood charm with brand elegance. The piece anchors around the candid voiceover of a child, framed by tactile crayon friction and paper #foley. A warm, acoustic music-box progression sets the gentle emotional #atmosphere, while delicate crystalline chimes and sparkle #textures accentuate each hand-drawn gem. Subtle pops, swooshes, and melodic swells accompany each morphing shape, tying the innocent storytelling into a tender final reveal.

Really thoughtful sound direction, Davies. Turning small visual details like crayon strokes, giggles, and sparkles into part of the emotional storytelling gives the piece much more depth.

Not every direction I create makes it to the final storyboard; here's one that didn't.
For a recent B2B SaaS intro video, I explored two very different illustration approaches before landing on the final style.
A: a friendly mascot character guiding viewers through dashboards and stats
B: minimal line-art, following one person's story instead of showing the product at all
Which one feels stronger to you as an intro, and why? Character design and personality, or the quieter, more narrative line-art approach?
