2:WRITE A HEADLINE THAT DEMANDS CLICK; Weak: bloggers tips. Strong: 7 blog post that make readers tick away. Rule: be specific ,promise a benefit or curiosity

Skip;in today digital world start with a question, a point. Example what if 80%never read past your first paragraph

One thing I learned about writing health content this week:

Always lead with the reader's problem, not the solution.

Most health articles start with "here are 7 tips to manage PCOS" but the reader doesn't feel seen yet. They clicked because they're struggling.

Start with that struggle first. Acknowledge it. Then offer the solution.

That one shift makes your content more engaging, more trustworthy, and more likely to be shared.

This is the approach I bring to every piece I write for wellness brands and health blogs.
