The website is more than a portfolio. It becomes the studio's digital front desk.
Clients can discover the artists, submit structured consultations, upload references, track their requests, receive automated confirmations and reminders, access aftercare, and get instant help from the AI Studio Concierge.
For the artists, every consultation arrives organized in one place. AI summarizes requests, automations handle repetitive tasks, and the entire booking workflow becomes faster and easier to manage.
The goal was never to replace the artists—it was to give them more time to create.

Booking through chat is the easy 80 percent. The part that breaks in production is the edge cases: reschedules, double-bookings when two people message at once, and the 24-hour WhatsApp window closing mid-conversation. How are you handling the handoff when the agent is not sure?
For the #GiveItAGlow Challenge, I created a complete digital glow-up for Mugar Dental Center, a real local dental clinic in Taguig City.
Before, the clinic’s online presence was spread across Facebook, Canva materials, phone calls, messages, and manual appointment coordination. Patients could find the clinic online, but they still had to search through posts or contact the clinic directly to ask about services, location, consultation options, and bookings.
I transformed that scattered experience into one organized digital home.
Using Base44, I built a live, published, and mobile-responsive website where patients can:
• Explore the clinic’s dental services
• Learn about Dr. Sarah Mugar and her credentials
• Access clinic contact and location details
• Read essential FAQs and patient information
• Ask questions through the AI Dental Assistant
• Choose between online and in-person consultation
• Submit an appointment request from any device
The automation connects the booking experience directly to the clinic’s workflow. When a patient submits an appointment request, the information is saved and organized, and the clinic receives an automated email notification containing the booking details.
This helps reduce repetitive inquiries, organize patient requests, save the clinic time, and create a smoother experience from discovery to booking.
The result is more than a redesigned website. It is a practical digital system that combines premium 3D design, accessible patient information, AI-assisted support, smarter appointment requests, and automated clinic notifications.
