Your Kajabi issue may not be one broken page. It may be a Patchwork Kajabi Setup.
Most audits start with the same assumption. Something looks off, so the fix must be that one page. A pretty page will not fix a disconnected buyer path.
The actual problem is usually structural. An opt-in that doesn't hand off cleanly to the next step. An automation firing from the wrong trigger. A checkout living in a different logic than the offer page promised. None of that shows up as a broken page. It shows up as a business that feels harder to run than it should.
Your backend should not live in your head. If you're the only person who can explain why a sequence fires the way it does, that's not a minor gap. That's the system quietly depending on you to keep working.
Before adding anything new this week, trace one offer from ad to opt-in to email to checkout to follow-up, out loud, without checking anything first. Most weeks, that trace finds the real leak faster than another redesign would.

Drawing America was one of our biggest Kajabi projects – a 4+ month rebuild and migration of an entire art education platform from WordPress to Kajabi.
We started with the sitemap and platform structure, created a visual guide, designed the experience in Figma, and then moved into custom Kajabi development.
One of the most interesting challenges was building a custom filtering system for 50+ courses across recorded, live online, and in-person formats. On top of the website, we also worked on course migration, Kajabi offers, events, community, automations, and migrating 9,000+ student contacts.
Definitely one of those projects where Kajabi became much more than a course platform 🙌

There's a moment in a lot of expert-led businesses where growth quietly stops feeling like the goal.
More clients means more billing questions only the founder can answer. More leads means more follow-ups only the founder remembers to send. More revenue means more of the founder's own attention gets absorbed just keeping the machine from jamming.
I call this the Expert's Trap. Not because the expert did anything wrong. Because nobody ever assigned ownership of the system itself. The founder became the connective tissue by default, one urgent fix at a time, until the whole business runs through them personally.
At that point, growth stops being something to pursue. It becomes something to manage carefully, because more of it means more weight on the one person already holding everything up.
The fix isn't more hours or a better calendar. It's separating "the expert who does the work" from "the operator who runs the system," even inside a business of one. Someone has to own the system, the automations, the follow-ups, the dashboard, on an ongoing basis, so growth adds capacity instead of just adding pressure.
That's a different kind of help than most experts think to ask for. It's not another project. It's someone accountable for keeping the system running after the project is done.
