Still working on the new Undrafted website, built entirely in Framer.
I'm learning as I go, so it's taking longer than I originally expected. But I refuse to cut corners. My goal is to become a top-tier web designer, and the only way to get there is by building complex projects the right way from the start.
That means using components, variants, consistent naming conventions, organized structures, and scalable systems. Sure, all of that slows things down on the front end, but it pays off in the long run.
When everything is built properly, you can find anything in seconds. Another designer can jump into the project and immediately understand it. If a client calls while you're away from your desk, you'll probably know exactly which component or layer they're talking about because of how intentionally the project was organized.
Good design isn't just about how a website looks. It's about how it's built behind the scenes.
It's a marathon, not a sprint.
