The strategy had three components: shifting from reactive to predictive publishing (slot reviews scheduled 14 days ahead of game launches), replacing underperforming agency contracts with a leaner in-house model, and revamping quality and SEO guidelines for better content overall.

The result: organic traffic grew from 2,245 to 12,558 monthly visits between February and May 2025 — a 459% increase in under three months, verified via Ahrefs. April and May 2025 became the highest-earning months in the site's history. Online-Slot.co.uk was repositioned as the #1 performing UK asset in the Gentoo Media network.
