Client: A driving school offering multiple training packages, courses,
and road test preparation for students, with a team of instructors
managing day-to-day scheduling.
Goal: The client needed a centralized platform to manage the full
student lifecycle — from package purchase through course enrollment,
instructor scheduling, road test booking, and attendance tracking —
while giving students an easy way to book training slots themselves.
Challenge: Coordinating instructors, vehicles, and time slots across
multiple packages and courses was difficult to manage manually, and
invoicing had to be handled separately every time a student purchased
a package. The client also wanted students to be able to book their
own slots without back-and-forth calls or emails.
Solution: I built a full-featured driving school management platform
using Zoho Creator, with custom Creator Widgets powering the
scheduling and dashboard experience:
Built out management for packages, courses, road tests, instructors, and student attendance in one system
Automated invoice creation in Zoho Books the moment a student purchases a package, eliminating manual billing
Built a mobile-responsive booking interface so students can view availability and book training slots themselves
Designed calendar-based dashboards using Creator Widgets, giving staff a clear, visual view of scheduling across instructors and time slots
Result: The client got an end-to-end system that reduced manual
coordination and billing work, while giving students a self-service
way to book their own training — improving both operational
efficiency and student experience.

Uptime Monitor Saves Me Time
I've been working on automating various tasks for my e-commerce business, and one of the recent projects was an uptime monitor. I used n8n to create a workflow that checks my site's availability every 5 minutes and alerts me if it's down. The tech stack included Schedule Trigger, HTTP Request, IF, Telegram, and Google Sheets.
