What if a resort could handle customer messages, bookings, and orders automatically — across multiple platforms?
🚀 Phase 1 of my AI Receptionist Automation project is now complete.
This project was built for a real resort client requirement, with the goal of creating a centralized AI-powered customer communication system across:
💬 WhatsApp
💬 Facebook Messenger
💬 Telegram
Instead of managing each platform separately, I connected them into one automated workflow.
🔹 How the automation works:
A customer sends a message through any of the three platforms.
The system receives the message → understands the customer’s intent → checks the resort’s information → and generates an AI-powered response.
It can handle:
📌 General customer inquiries
📌 Restaurant orders
📌 Room & event booking requests
📌 Customer information collection
📌 Order & booking data storage
📌 Owner notifications
📊 Google Sheets acts as the central data layer, where customer requests, orders, and bookings are automatically organized.
🔔 When an order or booking requires owner action, the system automatically sends a notification to the resort owner.
The goal is simple:
Respond faster. Reduce manual work. Keep every customer request organized.

The 'I don't have that information' line is the part most RAG builds skip, and it's the one that matters. How do you set the cutoff? On mine, a fixed similarity threshold broke once I filtered results by user role. Scores shifted and it refused questions it could answer.
Created a 20-second AI UGC product ad for premium wireless earbuds, combining realistic creator content, cinematic product shots, lifestyle scenes, and a strong CTA. I handled the creative direction, AI visuals, video generation, and editing for a social-media-ready advertisement.
Automated a manual Google Sheets → Slack workflow to eliminate repetitive data entry and give the team instant notifications.
Previously, new data had to be manually checked, processed, and shared across the team — slow and easy to miss. I built a Make.com scenario that:
Watches Google Sheets for new/updated rows
Processes and routes the data through a router based on conditions
Creates corresponding Trello cards for task tracking
Logs processed records back to Google Sheets
Sends real-time Slack notifications so the team is instantly updated
Result: What used to be manual checking and updating is now fully automated — saving hours weekly and removing room for human error.
