I produced the AI-powered realty advert by combining scriptwriting, AI visuals, and video editing into a streamlined workflow. First, I developed a concise, story-driven script tailored to the Nigerian real estate market, highlighting danger from buying from a road side land seller. I then used AI tools to generate realistic character scenes and property visuals that reflect a local setting. The clips were refined and sequenced in a video editor, where I handled transitions, color grading, trimming, clean cuts, pacing, sound design, and text overlays to maintain engagement. Finally, I optimized the video for digital platforms, ensuring high quality and fast load performance.
