happy International Women's Day!

This illustration is from an article I illustrated on financial communities targeted toward women. Even in 2026, and even in developed countries, women still face plenty of financial challenges from lack of education, lack of skills training in negotiation, limiting beliefs about self worth and pressure to be "polite", and implicit and explicit discrimination.

I'd be really interested in seeing @Contra HQ's breakdown on how much women creators on the platform earn vs men. If there's a gap (as I expect there would be), let's find out why and figure out how to smash it!

i think the emotions you are trying to evoke in the users matter and for usability purpose you want users to see what this is all about these should determine your choice of speed for the motion in question.
